We came in with discount passes to a nearby hotel, which we later commented, that compared to the Castle, that place was probably the dungeon. You and your staff were fantastic and everything went so smoothly. The room accommodations, speaker rooms, luncheon and breaks were superb and allowed me as a host to focus on the details of the conference that didn't involve the hotel. I host many conferences each year and I'm always thankful when a business is run the way it should and promises. The food was great...
I want to thank you and your staff for helping make our sales meeting a success. It is people like you and the facility that you offer that makes my job more pleasant. When you are trying to accommodate a group of individuals of various ages it is hard to please them all. I must say not one person had a complaint; they each enjoyed their stay at THE CASTLE in Orlando as well as the friendliness of your staff. The food was great and refreshments were always replenished in our meeting room. If we ever travel back to Orlando I will definitely recommend staying with you again!!

My husband and I just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. First the huge glass doors welcome you into this mid-evil period, then the decor and statues are just beautiful. The desk personnel welcome you with a warm welcome and cookies. Going to the elevator you'll see the full armored knight. We felt very reassured knowing that your room key card has to be used to get to your room floor. The huge rooms and beautiful tiled bathroom is so clean and decorated beautifully. This hotel is rated 3 stars for a good reason... cleanliness, hospitality and price. THIS IS A MUST EVEYTIME WE GO TO ORLANDO.

We have just gotten back home after our two week stay in the Doubletree Castle Hotel on I-Drive, myself and my girlfriend would like to thank all the staff who made our stay in Florida so memorable, from the minute we checked in (receiving the complimentary cookies on check in is a superb idea, just what two tired travelers required after traveling all day), the room we where allocated couldn't have been any better what with an elevated view of the pool below. We have to pay compliments to housekeeping for the standard of cleanliness of our room upon arrival and throughout the stay, each night arriving back to our room it was as though we were arriving at the room for the first time, we also appreciated the nice touch of luxurious bathrobes for our use. The standard of service given by your staff during our stay was excellent, and we will certainly recommend your hotel to our friends and family, and when we are lucky enough to return to Florida I am sure that we will look no further than the Doubletree Castle Hotel to provide our accommodation requirements.

We were in Orlando to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Awilda checked us in at the front desk. She is such a warm and friendly person. When we mentioned our anniversary, she did everything possible to make us feel special and welcome. Certainly beyond our expectations! The next morning at breakfast, Sam was very courteous and accommodating. Several other aspects of your hotel deserve mentions. The call to our room shortly after entering to ensure our satisfaction, the Castle Creature towel on the bed, the upgraded bedding, and Belgian truffles with turn down service, the design and cleanliness of the rooms were more reminiscent of a 4 star operation. Thank you and your staff for helping to make our 15th Anniversary so special. The Castle is now our preferred hotel in Orlando!

We were visiting family down in Orlando and stayed at the Castle. It is a very nice hotel. The room service is great and all of the staff members are friendly. The cookies are awesome and so are the daily breakfast selections. The pool is also a great spot to lounge around. The fact that you have to use your hotel room key in order to activate the elevator makes the building a lot more secure. Overall, we loved staying.

We would just like to say that we had a truly wonderful time while we stayed with you at the Doubletree Castle. All the staff was friendly and helpful, from everyone at reception, Theo at the ticket desk and the lovely Joanne who looked after our room and made us a wonderful Castle Creature out of towels and even showed me how to make one too! I would also like to say a big thank you to the two brilliant drivers, who took us to and from all the parks. They were always chatty, helpful and always had a warm smile on their faces. We came to Orlando last spring and stayed at another hotel on the opposite side of the road from you, when we saw the Castle, we knew if we ever returned, that we wanted to stay there, and I have to say we really weren't disappointed. We had a fantastic holiday and if we should ever return (my husband is already talking about next year!!!) we will definitely be coming back to the Castle. I am looking forward to showing off my skills at making Castle Creatures at Christmas. I was so impressed and I might even try making them out of napkins for the dinner table!!!! Many thanks again.

My daughter was married at the Doubletree Castle on Halloween.
They wanted something very different, and a masque red wedding was just the right theme. EVERYONE had the most wonderful time and much of it was because of Stephanie. Her priority was to make the bride happy and she did everything to make that happen. From the selection of rooms for the ceremony and reception, color decor for the tables, food tasting for the meal, and finally to the accommodations of rooms for the family and friends. I know this is her job, but few people give suggestions and ideas with excitement and care to keep this affair unique and memorable. Stephanie went out of her way, above and beyond the call of duty to give us a truly magical wedding. John Paul planned and outstanding menu and gave consideration to those with dietary needs. Both he and Stephanie even participated in the event in costumes like all of our guest. You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful staff who truly give your hotel the outstanding reputation and quality when planning an affair. It was our once in a life time event and we will never forget how special your staff made our childrens wedding day.

My stay was great as always and the staff was fantastic!
The check- in was quick and very courteous! I did have breakfast both days and the gentleman at the counter was very accommodating and very polite not to mention he cooked my eggs to perfection. He was quick too! The bartender at the pool is a fun person (great personality) and classy. It’s nice to know that you’re treating your staff well when she has only nice things to say about ownership and the amount of years she has worked for your company. She remembered me from last year, WOW. I don't usually respond to these questionnaires but this one was worth it!
